Treat my home like your own:
Please keep my home reasonably clean and avoid excessive mess and potential damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Communicate about damages:
If any damage occurs, it's important to communicate with me so we can potentially work towards a reasonable solution, including reimbursement if necessary.
No parties or events:
Strictly NO PARTIES and noise allowed, this is my home and it’s surrounded by families, please be considerate of this at all times.
Proper waste disposal:
Extra bags are in the cupboard below the sink, please dispose your bags on your left at the bottom of the stairs by the parking, our bin is labelled “4”
No smoking:
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property, please smoke outside.
Adhere to check-in/check-out times:
Check-in time is at 15h00-19h00, please arrange in advance for late arrival. Check-out time is at 10h00.
Respect quiet hours:
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 22h00-10h00 to avoid disturbing neighbours.
Follow guest limits:
Guests should not exceed the maximum number of 4 guests allowed at the property.
Communicate me:
Promptly communicate with me about any issues or questions that arise during the stay.

No pets allowed.
