Please note that pool cleaning is scheduled as needed and may take place during your stay.
The communal pool deck is scheduled for renovation starting in June 2025. During this time, there may be periods of demolition noise and limited access to the area. Construction is expected to take approximately six weeks.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
