Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This property is strictly for family bookings only and is not suitable for group bookings, parties, or events. The complex is quiet and well-managed, and these rules are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

The unit accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children. No visitors are permitted, and the property is strictly let for holiday accommodation purposes only. No gatherings are allowed.

A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted: 1 in the garage and 1 in the visitors’ parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Quiet hours must be strictly observed between 21:00 and 07:00 daily. No loud music or excessive noise is permitted at any time, including from vehicle sound systems. No noise will be tolerated.

No firearms, pellet guns, or fireworks may be discharged on the property.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Furniture may not be moved around within the unit.

The property must be left in the condition it was found. Any excessive dirt, damage, or unwashed dishes may result in a deduction from the breakage deposit.

Guests must ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked, and the alarm system (where applicable) is activated when leaving the property. Failure to do so may result in liability for any damages or losses.

A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

House and complex rules are displayed on-site and must be adhered to at all times. Failure to comply with the rules may result in eviction from the property without refund.
