Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This unit is strictly for family bookings only. No group bookings, parties, or events are permitted. The complex is quiet, and these rules are strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful holiday environment.

The property is not suitable for groups. No noise or parties are allowed. The premises are let for holiday purposes only, and no gatherings are permitted.

The unit accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children. No visitors are allowed.

A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted: 1 in the garage and 1 in the visitors’ parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Quiet hours must be observed between 21:00 and 07:00 daily. No loud music is permitted at any time, including vehicle sound systems. No noise will be tolerated.

No firearms, pellet guns, or fireworks may be discharged on the property.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Furniture may not be moved around within the unit.

The property must be left in the condition it was found. Excessively dirty units or unwashed dishes may result in a deduction from the breakage deposit.

Guests must ensure all windows are closed, the alarm system (where applicable) is armed, and doors are locked when leaving the property. Failure to do so may result in liability for any damages or loss of deposit.

A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

House and complex rules are displayed on-site and must be adhered to at all times. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the complex without refund.
