House Rules
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 21:00.
Please be aware of monkeys, as they may enter the apartment and ransack groceries or belongings.
Black bags must remain in the unit or be disposed of in the green bins within the complex.
A maximum of 4 occupants is allowed, and no visitors are permitted.
The cleaning fee covers the exit clean only. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
Please do not lock the house keys inside the apartment.
Once the complimentary starter amenities have been used, guests are required to restock these items themselves.
Your valuables are important. Please keep cash, jewellery, passports, and other personal belongings secure at all times, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or missing items.
Please note that fines may be issued if the house rules are not followed.
