Quiet Hours: 21:00 to 07:00.
Shared Spaces: Please clean up after yourself and be considerate of other guests using these areas.
Use of Property & Amenities: The price includes use of the specifically booked room and any listed amenities (e.g., pizza oven, kitchen, linen).
Breakages & Damages: Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately, in writing and in person, at the earliest opportunity.
Smoking & Substances: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Visitors & Parties: No unregistered guests or overnight visitors without prior approval. This is a quiet retreat; parties or loud gatherings are not permitted.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
Security & Valuables: The property is secure, but guests are responsible for their belongings. Please lock doors and windows when leaving the room or property.
Respect for Nature & the Farm Setting: Please be mindful of local wildlife, livestock, and natural surroundings. Do not pick plants or feed animals without permission.
Meals: Meals can be arranged with the host at least 24 hours in advance, at an additional cost.
