Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00.
No loud music or noise at any time.
Keep the unit clean during your stay.
Wash your own dishes and utensils.
Place all rubbish in the bins provided.
Leave the unit neat on departure.
No smoking inside the unit.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
Use the ashtrays provided.
Only booked guests are allowed on the property.
No overnight visitors without permission.
No parties or events.
Report any damage immediately.
Breakages or losses will be deducted from the deposit.
Do not move furniture.
Use water and electricity sparingly.
Switch off lights and appliances when leaving.
Close all doors and windows when leaving or sleeping.
Use all facilities at your own risk.
