House Rules

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00, and guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. No parties or events are permitted.

The unit is to be kept clean and tidy during the stay and left neat on departure. Guests are required to wash all dishes and utensils after use and ensure that all rubbish is placed in the bins provided. Furniture may not be moved.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Ashtrays provided are to be used.

Only booked guests are allowed on the property, and no overnight visitors are permitted without prior arrangement. Any damages or breakages are to be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.

Guests are required to use water and electricity sparingly. Lights and appliances should be switched off when not in use, and all doors and windows are to be closed when leaving the unit or when sleeping.
