Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a bar fridge, microwave, and kettle.

House Rules

Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
Secure parking is available for guests.
Please note that the owner lives in the main house and the kitchenette is a shared area. The kitchen is separated from the main house by a closed door.
A cat also lives on the premises.
The washing machine is available for guests' use on request at an additional cost.
A cleaning service is available for guests staying longer than a week and any extra cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.
Please wash your own dishes.
No business may be conducted from the premises unless guests work online.
A heater is available on request and at an extra cost.
A fine will be charged if the key is not returned on departure.
Illegal substances may not be kept on the premises.
If these rules are disobeyed, the host has the right to cancel your booking.
