Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No check-ins after 19:00.
There is a R2,000.00 refundable breakage deposit payable directly to the owner before occupation.
Please bring your own decoder, card, and cables should you wish to watch DSTV.
This is a self-catering unit, and no services are provided.
Bed linen is included; please bring your own bath towel and swimming towel.
After 7 nights, a second set of linen is available.
NO pets are allowed.
Fireworks, BB guns, cap guns, and slingshots are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Only bookings made by the guests who will occupy the unit will be accepted. Agents making a booking on behalf of guests are not allowed.
Bookings made under a fictitious name will not be honoured.
All quotes are valid for a maximum of 8 people only. Children and babies are counted and may not be included without being booked/declared as part of the party. Any extra persons, including children, on arrival will be refused check-in.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
