This unit accommodates two people. It has a loft bedroom with a queen bed situated above an office area. The office leads to a lobby area, bathroom and living space. The semi-open-plan kitchen has basic self-catering facilities. The small outdoor area is mostly private and shared only as an emergency exit. Unit I and Unit II can be connected through a garden gate, and when Unit I is unoccupied, its outdoor area may be used by guests in Unit II. 70 SQM living space boasts high ceilings, plenty natural light and solid wood floors. The bedroom and office area is separated from the rest of the unit. The bed (queen bed) is in a loft overlooking the office. The office leads into a lobby area which in turn leads into the bathroom and the living area. The semi open plan kitchen is small but has all amenities required for an enjoyable self-catering experience. 10 SQM yard is 90% private (shared with another unit as an emergency exit) Unit I and II can be joined via a garden gate and if unit I is not occupied at the time of the booking, the outside area of unit I can be accessed by guest from unit II.

Long stays include bedding and towel changes every 10 to 14 Days.

Other amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, a braai area, gas heating, off-street parking, a separate entrance, and a private garden. 60 SQM living space boasts high ceilings plenty natural light, and solid wood floors. The bedroom (queen bed) is situated in a loft area which also includes a workstation and closet. The loft overlooks an open planned kitchen fully functional with all necessities, a large dining table and a comfy lounge. The bathroom has a large shower with on demand hot water. 50 SQM private outside area with superb views has outside furniture and a BBQ.
