Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No noise or loud music is allowed.
Speed limits must be strictly adhered to.
No animals may be fed under any circumstances. Monkeys can be particularly troublesome when bins are left open or food is left unattended.
Close all doors and windows at night or when leaving the premises.
Golf carts are for the owner’s use only. Golf carts can be rented from the clubhouse.
No fires may be made in the boma.
Extreme caution should be exercised when participating in any outdoor activities. Be alert when walking through tall grass and thick bushes, as snakes and scorpions are present in the area.
