Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are advised that construction is taking place across the road, which may result in some noise and activity in the area, although it should not affect their stay at Ellipse Waterfall.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount is dependent on the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Noise Policy: No loud noise or parties are permitted after 22:00. Guests are required to remain mindful and respectful of neighbours.
Laundry: Hanging laundry on the balcony is not permitted and may result in fines issued by the Body Corporate.
Non-compliance with the house rules will result in a R500 fine.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 applies.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
