Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please be advised that construction is currently taking place across the road. While this may result in some noise and activity in the area, it is not expected to impact your overall experience at Ellipse Waterfall.

For security and verification purposes, all guests are required to present a valid ID or passport at check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors accompanying them.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be amended at the discretion of the owner or management.

No loud noise are permitted after 22:00. Guests are expected to remain considerate and respectful of their neighbours at all times.

Hanging laundry on the balcony is strictly prohibited and subject to fines imposed by the Body Corporate. Non-compliance with the above House Rules will result in a fine.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to the property prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.

For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
