House Rules
Please be advised that construction is currently taking place across the road. While there may be some noise and activity in the area, it is not expected to significantly impact your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and an estimated arrival time before check-in. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit are requiredbeforeo check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and remains at the discretion of the owner or management.
No loud noise or parties are permitted after 22:00. Guests are kindly requested to be respectful and considerate of neighbours at all times.
Hanging laundry on the balcony is strictly prohibited and may result in fines issued by the Body Corporate for non-compliance.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and must be settled before check-in. Additional charges may apply for arrivals after 00:00.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
