Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please use water and electricity responsibly, as the property is located in Cape Town, a drought-sensitive area.

If flexibility is needed with arrival or departure times, this must be arranged in advance and will be accommodated where possible.

Parking is available in front of the apartment on the paved area.

Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00. No parties are permitted.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area, where an ashtray is provided.

Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome with prior notice to the host.

No pets are allowed. This includes all types of animals.

Please take out the trash once the bin inside is full. A green wheelie bin is located outside next to the stairs.

Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages. A breakage deposit is required.

The breakage deposit is usually refunded within 5–7 working days after departure, pending inspection and no noise complaints.

If something is damaged during the stay, guests are asked to inform the host as soon as possible.

Before departure, all used dishes and kitchenware should be washed and returned to their place.

The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, injuries, or unforeseen events.
