House Rules
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is permitted inside the building.
This is strictly self-catering holiday accommodation (no bed & breakfast services).
No matric or student groups during Rage.
No pensioner rates or discounts are offered.
The building is equipped with a lift, and all access points are wheelchair friendly.
As per the board of directors’ ruling, the premises may not be used as a party venue under any circumstances. No loud music on speakers will be permitted.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
No breakage deposit is charged; however, any damages will be invoiced, and payment must be made before or upon departure.
One parking bay is allocated per unit. Any additional parking must be arranged in advance.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: 4-sleeper units may not exceed 4 guests, and 6-sleeper units may not exceed 6 guests.
