Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
During winter the pool is closed.
No pets are allowed.
Guests have to pay for the electricity for their own use.
No loud music after 23:00.
No matrics or student groups without parental supervision.
Please be advised that the person making the inquiry must occupy the property.
No subletting is allowed and all occupancy is subject to the complex’s rules and regulations.
Note that the units are rented together in December.
