House Rules
This unit is best suited for a maximum of 2 adults with or without children.
Please note we have a strict no pets, no noise, no parties no events/gatherings (even during daytime) rule in the unit. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Everyone appreciates a peaceful and relaxing environment.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit. Any signs of smoking will incur a deep cleaning fee of R3000.00
You are welcome to keep the treats from the gift basket, but please don’t remove or damage anything else from the unit. A detailed inventory is kept and you will be held liable for missing or damaged items.
No-one other than our registered and booked guests are allowed to visit or stay over at the property.
No more than a total of 4 guests are allowed to sleep over at the property at any time unless approved by host. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made for children. Additional guests will incur additional fees.
Although the property is supplied by powerful solar energy at all times, we do kindly request that you be mindful of your usage. If you’re not using any electrical or heating appliances—or if you’re heading out—kindly make sure to switch them off. Every little bit helps in reducing energy waste and keeping things running efficiently.
