House Rules
This unit is best suited for a maximum of 2 adults with or without children.
No pets, no noise, no parties, and no events or gatherings are permitted, even during the daytime.
Guests must be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit. A deep cleaning fee of R3000 will be charged if there are any signs of smoking.
No visitors other than registered and booked guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
A maximum of 4 guests may sleep over at the property at any time unless approved by the host. Additional sleeping arrangements may be made for children, and additional guests will incur extra fees.
No commercial photography or filming is allowed without direct approval or consent from the owner or host.
Guests are welcome to keep the treats provided in the gift basket; however, no other items may be removed or damaged. An inventory is maintained, and guests will be held liable for any missing or damaged items.
Although the property is powered by solar energy at all times, guests are requested to be mindful of usage and to switch off electrical and heating appliances when not in use or when leaving the property, to help reduce energy consumption and maintain efficiency.
