Genet House Holiday Home is intended for peaceful, family-friendly stays in a wildlife environment
Parties, drinking gatherings, drug-related gatherings, and event-style group activities are not permitted
Music, speakers, and amplified sound are not permitted on the property
Noise should remain at a reasonable level at all times, and disturbances to the surrounding environment should be avoided
Security cameras in common areas should not be tampered with, covered, or disabled
Furniture, fittings, and all property items should be treated with care and must not be damaged, removed, or unnecessarily rearranged
Smoking is not permitted inside the house or tents
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property
Pets are not permitted
Guests should not cut, remove, damage, or interfere with any trees, vegetation, or natural bush
Drone usage is not permitted on or above the property
Littering is not permitted anywhere on the premises
Any serious breach of these rules may result in the stay being ended without refund, and guests may be held responsible for any fines, damage, loss, or additional costs arising from the breach.
