House Rules

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a quiet residential property, and guests are required to keep noise to a minimum at all times in consideration of other guests and neighbouring properties. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or shared indoor areas and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

The kitchen is reserved for staff use only and is not available for guest self-catering. Guests are welcome to use the shared living areas respectfully and are required to keep these spaces tidy. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior arrangements have been made.

Guests are requested to treat the property with care and report any damage or breakages immediately. For safety and security, doors and gates must be closed and locked when entering or leaving the property. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
