This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs, and the air-conditioned living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors lead to the large veranda which has outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool. Secure parking is available in the garage.

A one-time exit cleaning fee will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay, at your own expense, please inform the office 48 hours in advance.
We request that the person booked is the person who checks in.
A valid identity document will be requested on check in and a guest contract will be signed.
No more than the number of people booked and checked in may stay overnight on the property.
Visitors are by special arrangement only.
No disturbance to the neighbors is permitted.
