Breakage Deposit

Maximum occupancy: 6 paying guests.
A maximum of 4 small to medium-sized dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
No day visitors are permitted.
Swimming in the dams is strictly prohibited.
Cell phone reception may be intermittent; WiFi is available. A Smart TV is available on request.
The property is located on a residential estate and working farm; guests must adhere to estate rules, including no loud music, no littering, no open fires, and a maximum speed limit of 25 km/h.
Guests must remain on designated farm roads, and the discharging of firearms is not permitted.
Dogs must be supervised at all times, may not be left unattended inside the house, and must be kept on a leash outside the fenced area.
