Welkom tuis. Home from home. Alles was netjies, skoon en die staf was vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Beautiful rooms, luxurious. Wonderful staff. Absolutely awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Loftus rugby. Lekker.

Amazing. Nice, super clean. WiFi doesn't disappoint, along with hot water.

Easy, pleasant, no issues. Convenient position, very clean, very secure.

This experience suggests a serious lapse in either management oversight or cleaning. The condition of the unit upon arrival was unacceptable. The walls throughout the property were visibly dirty, with what appeared to be oily handprints, and there were marks in the bedroom and passage suggesting that substances had been thrown against the walls. The kitchen was particularly unhygienic, with drawers and cupboard handles that were sticky and unclean. Similarly, the glass panel in the shower had not been properly cleaned. The linen also appeared worn and discoloured, with a greyish tone that did not reflect proper laundering standards. It was especially concerning that cleaning only took place after our check-in time. Cleaning should be completed thoroughly before guests arrive. Even after bringing multiple issues to the cleaner’s attention—including the dirty handles, doors, light switches, and plug points—the standard of cleaning remained inadequate. While the location of the property is excellent, the overall cleanliness and preparation fell far below acceptable standards. I am extremely disappointed.

Vreeslik lekker.
