House Rules
No additional overnight guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Day visitors must also be approved and leave by 20:00. The property is for private, registered guests only; events and sub-letting are not allowed.
Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 21:00. Parties or amplified music are not allowed without prior written approval.
Use only the designated outdoor braai and firepit areas. Fires must never be left unattended, and all coals and flames must be fully extinguished before bedtime or departure. Gas equipment should be turned off after use.
Swimming is at guests’ own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Glassware is not permitted near the pool—please use plastic or metal cups only.
The farmhouse is self-catering, but the housekeeper will assist with dishwashing and kitchen tidying daily between 11:00 and 13:00. Guests should leave dishes and kitchenware neatly stacked for cleaning during this time. Assistance outside these hours is available only if pre-arranged. General housekeeping or laundry services can be arranged separately upon request. Any breakages should be reported immediately so replacements can be provided.
Smoking is permitted outside only, using the ashtrays provided. Please ensure the main gate is closed when entering or exiting.
Before leaving, switch off all lights, fans, and appliances, secure all windows and doors, dispose of rubbish in the provided bins, and leave the keys in the designated key-safe or with the host.
