Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00 sharp. Late check-out may incur an additional charge unless pre-arranged.

No loud music or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 07:00. Guests must be respectful of neighbours and other guests at all times. No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas, and ashtrays must be used.

The flat should be left in a reasonably clean condition. Any spills or damages must be reported immediately, and dishes must be washed before checkout.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unapproved visitors are permitted after 21:00. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Furniture should not be moved or rearranged. Towels and linen may not be used outside, such as at the beach. Couches may not be used for sleeping without proper bedding.

Water and electricity should be used responsibly. Geysers and high-consumption appliances should not be left running unnecessarily.

Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

All doors and windows must be locked when leaving. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. The host is not liable for lost or stolen items. The host lives on the premises.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Any broken items or damage must be reported immediately.
