The property is accessed via a gravel road.
Base capacity is 2–4 guests (depending on unit). Additional guests or visitors are not permitted.
Parties or events are not allowed without prior written consent.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The swimming pool and rooftop deck may not be used during this time.
Guests are requested to respect neighbours and comply with local parking regulations.
Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage. Designated outdoor ashtrays are available.
Eating or drinking in the bedrooms or loft is not permitted; please use the dining areas.
Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.
Optional extras, such as breakfast, are available by prior arrangement.
ID verification is required.
Guests are required to sign the hosting agent’s standard rental agreement.
