House Rules

Upon arrival you complete a form, we need a copy of your ID (via WhatsApp/or email) as well as proof of your address (not older than 3 months).
Guests must please note that quiet time is from 23:00.
No visitors are allowed, provided that prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
The maximum capacity is only 2 guests at all times.
No extra vehicles are allowed on the premises, only 1 lockable garage is available.
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
Guests will be met on-site and given the keys.
No fires are allowed on the balcony.
Should the alarm go off, a fine of R500 is payable immediately.
Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is prohibited. A fine of R1000 is payable immediately if the owner smells smoke.
All breakages must be reported within 30 minutes. Breakage is payable immediately.
