House Rules
1. Check out – strictly by 10am.
2. Breakfast is served from 7am – 9:30am daily, for paying guests.
3. Quiet times are from 10pm – 6am. Please be respectful and considerate of the other guests.
4. All guest’s non-paying visitors need to be off the premises by 7pm.
5. Only two paying adults allowed per room.
6. Please switch off the aircon, lights and TV when you are leaving the room.
7. Please use the dustbins provided for all rubbish.
8. Smoking in the rooms is NOT permitted.
9. Please do not sit on the beds with wet clothes/swim wear.
10. Please do not use the white towels/hand towels to wipe down the outside furniture. The outside furniture is cleaned daily.
11. Please do not use the white hand towels to clean the make-up off your face. Use the face cloth provided, if necessary.
12. When checking out, please hand in the room key/gate remote and T.V remote at reception.
13. R300 will be charged to you if you lose or damage the key/gate remote, this will need to be paid before check-out.
14. You will be charged accordingly if there are any other damages to the property.
