The place is really nice and spacious but shabby. I did not like sharing the premises. The house is great, but the maintenance on the house has it looking neglected. There are dirty carpets, dirty curtains, broken taps, broken furniture, etc. Maintenance items posed safety risks, and the pool was not usable for the first five days. Maintenance staff were present all the time. They were planting trees during our stay?! The place is not for exclusive use; there were other tenants who were a disturbance, shouting at 1 am?!
