Maloba Lodge – Private Game Reserve is an ultra-luxury lodge set within more than 20,000 hectares near Kimberley, located in Kameelpan, Free State. The lodge offers privacy and exclusivity in a remote bushveld setting, ideal for guests seeking a high-end safari experience.
The property features 5 luxury suites, each designed for comfort and privacy. Every suite includes a plunge pool, indoor and outdoor showers, a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a king-sized bed, and a spacious private deck. The Diamond Suite is the signature accommodation, offering a larger plunge pool, a private firepit, an expansive deck overlooking the thornveld of Didimala, and its own dedicated safari vehicle.
The main lodge serves as the central gathering point, where guests enjoy breakfast, relaxed lunches, and elegant dinners. It offers refined lounge areas, a restaurant, and wide terraces designed for sunset drinks. In the evenings, the firepit and campfire create an intimate atmosphere under the African sky.
Guests enjoy twice-daily game drives, night drives, and additional adventurous experiences, as well as authentic conservation activities such as rhino GPS replacement. Gastronomy is a key part of the experience, with fine dining of international standard paired with a curated South African wine cellar developed in collaboration with renowned winemakers.
