Did not enjoy the stay!

First of all there was no toilet paper, and the TV and remote did not work. At 2:00 am there were guests who started a party in the room next door. There was no control over guests who misbehaved. At 3:30 am, I contacted the management to discipline the guests. This type of behaviour should not be tolerated.

Unorganized and ignored booking details, completely.

At the time we made our booking, it was made for 7 people with the following arrangements: 3 x Double Rooms and 1 x Luxury Room. At the point of arrival, they did not even bother to look at what was booked and paid for, but rather just allocated and assigned the people who showed up. As one couple was unable to join, this resulted in one single room (even though a double room was booked), and two double rooms. The luxury room was completely unavailable. When contacted, they then spun stories around what the group had said to them which were outright lies. As it currently stands, we are out of pocket R860, because of their shocking organizational skills. I will add that as a booking agency the website has not been helpful in the slightest in resolving this matter, and merely pointed us to deal with this horror show of a guest house even further, to no avail. Very disappointing experience all around, which is unfortunate because we have always had an exceptional experience using this platform.

Eenhede benodig dringende onderhoud.

By aankoms is ons verwittig van water onderbreking t.o.v. ons eenheid Nr 2. Na ses ure sonder water, het hulle aangebied om ons te skuif na Nr. 8. Daar gekom was ons teleurstelling groot toe ons ontdek dat die toiletsitplek 'n goedkoop plastiese een was en stukkend. Verder was die venster plein glas en die blinding het nie gewerk nie. Toe word ons verskuif na Nr. 7 wat heelwat beter was maar nie volmaak nie. Moes vir Openview-afstandbeheer vra. Badkamer se skuifdeur het nie 'n binnehandvatsel gehad nie. Een bedlamp het nie gewerk nie. Als in als teleurstellend.

Very unpleasant.

Big drunken party was held around the swimming pool the next day. Very messy and noisy - bottles and rubbish scattered all over the place. Zero consideration for other guests.

Skoon en netjies.

Een nag oorgeslaap. Baie skoon en netjies. Gerieflike bed.

Verblyf is skoon maar baie basies.

Was net vir my baie onprofessioneel dat die ontvangsdame jou in die oggend kom uitklok met 'n handdoek om die lyf en pantoffels aan.

My stay was perfect.

My stay was okay, up until the morning around 6 am. The employees were making noise in the kitchen and I was still asleep.

Het 'n halfuur gewag om ons kamer te kry.

Koue water vir stort gehad en die lugversorger maak nie koud nie. Plafon lyk bietjie verwaarloos asook die toiletsitplek, plus daar is geen badkamerasblik nie. Was bietjie teleurgesteld, maar dit was nogsteeds 'n aangename verblyf.

Nie so lekker geslaap nie.

Geen TV-remote na 3 keer se aanvraag. Een handdoek vir die 3, ons het later nog een gekry toe ons vra. Baie gaste wat in hulle karre sit en tot 2uur die oggend musiek luister in die parkeer area. Geen Covid-prosedures! Geen maskers of geen sanitizer nie.

Vuil en kry nie wat belowe word nie.

Die beddegoed was nie skoon nie en die DStv het nie gewerk nie terwyl hulle sê alle kamers het DStv.

Unorganized and load.

We arrived to them not having a booking for us. They run around not telling us what is going on. We had a wedding to get to and we're almost late due to this. Luckily they had a room open, Room 3. They gave us the key but no remote and I had to go ask for one which took up even more of our time. The room was to a certain degree clean however there is a lot of damage on the walls, mould in the bathroom (ceiling) and the shower floor is not clean. There was only one set of towels in the room and the plug next to the bed was loose and shorted the next morning when we tried to use it. During the evening the other occupants were very loud and woke us up more than once that night/early morning. Not a pleasant stay, we were up very early the next morning just to get home. The photos are obviously old as the rooms have a lot of wear and tear on them and maintenance is needed.

This was the worst experience ever.

First they said they don't know about our booking. Eventually they found the confirmation email on their bookings list. No toilet seat, mould growing everywhere in bathroom. Shower too dirty to use. Broken taps. Surprised this place is even listed on the website.

Generally pleasant.

Just a few issues: TV not working and bedside lamp not working. Also bedroom not cleaned on Sunday morning. Other than that it was very clean, neat and tidy. Nice linen and comfortable bed.

Excellent value for money.

The room is clean and bedding is a good quality.

Skoon en netjies.

Hulle kan ten minste seep in die badkamer sit. Hulle TV-kanale het nie gewerk nie. Gaste verwag dalk beter TV-/DSTV-kanale. Hulle kan sorg dat die aircon uitgesorteer is sodra die gas inkom.

Netjies.

Die plek is baie netjies en skoon. Ek sal net aanbeveel dat hulle dalk handeseep in die badkamer sit en melk by koffiestasie.

Uitstekend.

Dit was baie aangenaam om daar te bly. Goeie ontvangs en uitstekende diens. Ek sal hulle enige tyd aanbeveel. Baie dankie vir 'n skoon, netjiese kamer en veilige parkering.

Comfortable.

Perfectly comfortable for what we needed the room for. Only negative is that we only had 1 towel. But we managed fine!

Aanvaarbaar.

Vind verblyf redelik. Badkamer kan opgeknap word. Los matte nie skoon. Deur wat badkamer toemaak buite werking.

Rustig.

Nie vol DStv nie en te min koffie met slegs poeiermelk. Skoon en netjies. Stil en rustige omgewing.

Netjies en prakties.

Eienaar baie "hands on" laat gaste tuis en welkom voel. Geen steurnis deur nag, stil buurt en veilig. Beveel graag aan, baie dankie.

Was 'n baie goeie ervaring. Bed is al bietjie hol geslaap.
