Montagu Meander and The Gathered House are self-catering units with private entrances, situated on the owner’s property in Montagu, Western Cape. These units are ideal for both business and leisure travellers seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay. The property is within walking distance of the nature garden, as well as Montagu’s popular hiking and mountain biking trails. It is also conveniently located less than 1 km from the main street.

Montagu Meander can accommodate 2 guests, while The Gathered House can accommodate up to 8 guests. Each unit features comfortable bedding and a bathroom fitted with either a bath, a shower, or a shower only.

Each kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, electric kettle and gas kettle, coffee plunger, a variety of pots and pans, a flat grill, and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A small dining table with 2 chairs is also provided.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Montagu Meander has secure parking for one car on the premises behind a locked gate, while The Gathered House has street parking for multiple cars in front of the house.

The property is close to a variety of local shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. While the accommodation is affected by load shedding, guests will remain comfortable thanks to the gas stove/oven and powerful backup lighting.
