Welcoming tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bottled water is provided.
Complimentary Shampoo/Conditioner/Hand & Body Lotion/Body Wash/Hand Soap and Toilet Rolls are provided.
Bed Linen/Pillows/Blankets/Towels and Bathroom Mats are provided. Fresh Linen and Towels are provided, for long stays.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

Please note that, this is NOT a party venue. Parties are strictly PROHIBITED.
All Conduct Rules of the Nautica Body Corporate must be strictly adhered to.
Kindly note, no cash is handled on the premises.
A refundable breakage deposit can be paid directly to the host. Banking details will be provided before check-in.
A minimum 3-night stay is required and a minimum of 5-night stay during festive seasons.
The Unit can accommodate 4 people.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, to respect other residents, especially after hours.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the premises.
No smoking is allowed inside the Unit, you may smoke on the balcony.
Please use an ashtray for the cigarette butts. DO NOT toss your cigarettes over the balcony, this will impose a spot fine.
