Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Children aged 0–18 are charged at the full adult rate.

A daily dishwashing service is available at an additional cost.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to arrival.

Bookings made within one week of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

All bookings must be fully paid in advance prior to occupation.

A refundable breakage deposit is required.

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after receipt of the completed breakage deposit form, provided no damages or losses have occurred.

Accommodation may not be booked by persons under the age of 21 unless accompanied by at least two adults.

No additional guests are permitted beyond the number of beds in the apartment.

Non-compliance may result in eviction.

Smoking is not permitted inside the units.

Noise and music must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.

The property is not suitable for loud music, parties, or disruptive activities.

Any disturbance affecting other guests or residents may result in eviction and forfeiture of rental fees.

Pets are strictly not permitted. Guests arriving with pets may be evicted in accordance with Body Corporate rules.

Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Towels provided in the unit are for indoor use only.

Guests are requested to bring their own coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and related items.

One toilet roll per bathroom is provided on arrival; additional supplies must be brought by guests.

Guests are advised to bring their own drinking water.

The property is not responsible for power outages caused by theft, load shedding, or municipal water interruptions.
