The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and opens onto a comfortable living area, which features 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and a separate shower. Bed linen, bath towels, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for a comfortable stay.

Attionally the living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, air conditioning, and a dining table, while the kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, oven, kettle, toaster, cooking essentials, and everything needed for the preparation of light meals.

Guests can relax on the private patio with an outdoor seating area and a Weber braai. The shared deck upstairs, complete with sun loungers, provides a lovely space to unwind while taking in the surrounding views.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, housekeeping from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays), a personal safe, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and loadshedding backup. A dedicated parking bay is available in the communal parking garage, while exterior CCTV provides additional peace of mind.

Please note that the deck is shared with the apartment above, and access to the property is via shared walkways. There is currently construction taking place nearby, with working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00. While some construction noise may be audible, there is no significant visual impact. The expected completion date is 31 October 2026.
