WHAT GUESTS SHOULD BRING
Please note that the unit is completely self-catering. Starter supplies provided include dishwashing liquid, a cleaning rag, toilet paper and one black refuse bag.
Guests should please bring:
• beach towels
• additional cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper if required
• Netflix and/or DSTV sign-in details
• own condiments, tea, coffee, sugar and other groceries
OCCUPANCY AND PROPERTY RULES
• Secure parking for ONLY 1 vehicle is available behind a remote-controlled gate. No trailers or additional vehicles are permitted on the property.
• The total number of guests may not exceed the number booked and paid for. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance. Under no circumstances may the maximum occupancy of 6 guests be exceeded. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.
• No smoking is permitted inside the unit. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the full breakage deposit.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. No loud music, parties or disruptive behaviour will be permitted.
• No pets allowed.
CLEANING AND LINEN
• Cleaning/laundry services and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES
• A separate refundable breakage deposit is payable before arrival and is not included in the accommodation rate.
• The breakage deposit will be refunded approximately 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages or damages. Should damages exceed the breakage deposit amount, guests remain liable for the outstanding balance.
• Guests must report any damages or issues immediately upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in charges being allocated to the booking.
• Please email the host your banking details after departure to avoid delays with the breakage deposit refund.
• Lost or unreturned keys will be charged accordingly.
GENERAL
• The host is not liable for losses, inconvenience, municipal outages, weather disruptions, load-shedding interruptions or appliance failures beyond reasonable control.
