Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R850 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The unit is completely self-catering, with starter supplies limited to dishwashing liquid, a cleaning rag, toilet paper, and one black refuse bag.
Guests should bring their own beach towels, additional cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and Netflix or DStv sign-in details.
Personal condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, and other groceries must also be provided by the guests.
Secure parking for only one vehicle is available behind a remote-controlled gate, and no trailers or additional vehicles are permitted on the property.
The total number of guests may not exceed the number booked and paid for, and any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance.
Under no circumstances may the maximum occupancy of 6 guests be exceeded, and failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.
No smoking is permitted inside the unit, and non-compliance may result in the forfeiture of the full breakage deposit.
Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, as no loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour will be permitted.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Cleaning services, laundry services, and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost.
A separate refundable breakage deposit is payable before arrival and is not included in the accommodation rate. This breakage deposit will be refunded approximately 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages or damages. Should damages exceed the breakage deposit amount, guests remain liable for the outstanding balance.
Guests must report any damages or issues immediately upon arrival, as failure to do so may result in charges being allocated to the booking.
To avoid delays with the refund, guests are requested to email their banking details to the host after departure. A fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.
The host is not liable for losses, inconvenience, municipal outages, weather disruptions, load-shedding interruptions, or appliance failures beyond reasonable control.
