Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that construction is currently ongoing in the building from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00, and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. This may result in noise and increased activity during these hours.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time before check-in. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
Perna Perna is a ground-floor unit; however, access is via two flights of stairs at the entrance, as no lift is available.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage depositares requirebeforeto check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies.
This fee is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival.
