Place not ready when I got there. Bugs in the room. Staff not wearing masks.

Self-catering. Not much in the room to do any self-catering.

Good day, on the issue of self-catering I think you misunderstood because we never said that you can cook in the room, there is a kitchen on the property. Staff wear their masks at all times. We have never before received a complaint regarding bugs. Your bedding was changed on a daily basis and room cleaned and mopped.

Slegs basiese word voorsien.

Kamer was baie klein, wasbak se kraan was los, stortkop het 'n straal water in die kamer in gespuit. Daar was koffie, suiker en Cremora in die kamer, maar dit het sleg geproe. Musiek is tot laataand gemaak.

Het baie onveilig gevoel. Slegte deel van die dorp.

Nie behoorlike slot op die deur nie, meer soos werkershuisies as 'n gastehuis.

Thank you for your review, I must admit that I am disappointed with your behaviour, as you damaged my property by turning the room into a dumping site with all the things that you put in there as well as smoking inside the room. Just to confirm that all rooms have working locks.

Baie netjiese gastehuis.

Baie netjiese gastehuis wat skoon met veilige parkering. Ek sou net graag voor die tyd wou geweet het dat die gastehuis geen ontbyt bedien nie, en ook geen melding gemaak dat dit 'n selfsorg eenheid is, behalwe braai geriewe wat ook beskikbaar is by ander gastehuise wat wel ontbyt voorsien. Ons was 3 persone en daar was net eetgerei vir 1 persoon in die kamer. Stort het ook nie 'n deur gehad nie, maw die vloer het nat geword. Andersins geen klagtes, die gastehuis is ideaal geleë naby die sportgronde van Germiston wat dit ideaal maak om weer daar te bly.
