Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A damage and tag deposit of R1000 applies. Guests can access all the resort facilities using the tag. If the tag is handed back and no damage, the full deposit is refunded within 5-7 working days.
Please note that Raaswater does not allow any pets, but arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels.
Should the number of guests upon arrival at the guesthouses exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply, and the tariffs will be amended accordingly. Should the guests be less than arranged, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
