Dear Shaun,

Thanks for your feedback but please get your facts right. To start, the fridge had been working before you arrived, you informed me that the fridge wasn't working at 14:00 on Friday October 6th after you checked in. I came to check and the freezer section was working fine but the fridge wasn't getting cold enough. We did offer for you to use our fridge, we also provided ice and I doubt we would have got an electrician on a Friday afternoon. You saw the lodge and braai area in the pics and knew there was no shelter before you booked so you knew what the braaiing conditions were going to be like. After you checked out we went to clean the lodge. The lodge looked like it had been turned upside down, all the furniture had been moved inside and outside, one door was completely off its hinges and another almost off, and food had been left out which would explain the ants you mentioned. When I informed you about the doors you said it was like that before, which isn't true. The doors were fine before you arrived. The lodge doesn't need to be fumigated and we've only had good reviews before you, I hope you take more care when you visit next as your visit with us wasn't pleasant at all.
