Clean and comfortable accommodation with helpful and friendly staff.

Friendly and accommodating manager - Elsa and owner - Yvonne. Elsa calls early to give proper directions as the location pin is not correct. We were able to leave our stuff in the room early in the morning as my son had a trip to Sani Pass. Yvonne was even kind enough to allow us to choose our rooms when we mistakenly thought that the main lodge was for our exclusive use - the kitchen, dining area and pool room are shared spaces for other guests as well. We stayed in room 4 - the bathroom needs an upgrade - the toilet needs replacing and the sink was cracked. However, the room was comfortable and lovely. I had a look at the other rooms in the main lodge - rooms 1 to 3 - they are more luxurious and spacious. The boma in the evening was a treat. The gardens are well maintained. Due to the dam nearby, a lot of mosquitoes and insects do get into the room - so carry along some insect spray / repellent. The place is quiet and ideal for relaxing.
