Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure,
provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are unfortunately not allowed to smoke inside the unit.
Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds
the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat screen TV with Wi Fi.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided, just bring with your own beach towels.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be
replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials
you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked
through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please
also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
