Quiet hours apply from 22:00. No loud music is allowed.

Fires are strictly limited to designated indoor fireplaces due to the high fire-risk area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the houses or while hiking on the farm trails.

Swimming in estate pools is at own risk. No diving is allowed, and there are no lifeguards on duty.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all pool areas.

Swimming in the dam is not permitted.

White house towels may not be used at the pool; designated swimming towels must be used.

Firearms are not permitted on the property unless declared and approved in writing by management prior to arrival.

Illegal substances are not permitted on the estate.

Guests are required to treat the property with care and report any breakages or damage.
