Welcome to Hebron Estate!
We are so glad to have you with us. Our goal is to ensure your stay is peaceful, rejuvenating, and comfortable. To help us maintain the beauty and safety of the estate for everyone, please take a moment to review our guest guidelines.

Settling In & Checking Out
Arrival: We look forward to welcoming you between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Departure: To help us prepare for our next guests, please check out by 10:00 AM.
Property Care: We take great pride in preparing a clean and beautiful space for you. We kindly ask that the property be left in the same tidy condition as you found it. In cases where the house is left in an exceptionally poor state, a specialized cleaning fee may be charged.
Your Comfort and Safety
Peace & Quiet: To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the mountain, please keep noise levels low and refrain from playing music after 10:00 PM.
Visitors: To ensure the security of all our residents, the estate is for registered guests only. Outside visitors or guest vehicles require prior arrangement and permission from management.
Firearms Policy: For the safety of all guests, bringing any firearm onto the property without prior written approval and formal declaration is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense. Only licensed firearms, pre-approved by management, are permitted and must be secured at all times.
Estate Conduct: We maintain a family-friendly environment. Illegal substances and individuals with criminal records are not permitted on the farm.
Liability: While we strive to provide a safe environment, Hebron Estate management and owners cannot be held liable for any personal injury, theft, or damage to property during your stay.
Enjoying the Water
Pools & Splash Pools: Swimming in any of the estate pools is strictly at your own risk. For everyone's safety, no diving is permitted. Hebron Estate does not provide lifeguard services and accepts no liability for incidents occurring in or around the water.
Swimming Towels: For your convenience, we provide dedicated swimming towels. We kindly request that you use only these designated towels for the pool area and keep the white house towels for indoor use.
Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool areas at all times.
The Dam: While beautiful to look at, swimming in the big dam is not permitted.
Protecting Our Nature
Fire Safety: We are located in a high-risk fire zone. For the safety of the mountain and the farm, fires are strictly limited to the designated indoor fireplaces.
Smoking: To protect our interiors and the surrounding nature, Hebron Estate is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is prohibited inside the houses and while hiking on the farm trails. Please ensure no cigarette butts are left in the garden or the veld.
A Few Little Details
Accidents Happen: If something breaks, please let us know. We charge a small fee of R 20.00 per item for broken crockery or glassware to help us restock.
Here to Help: We want your stay to be perfect. If you need anything at all, please reach out. Management is available between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
