Very reasonable accommodation for Keetmanshoop overnight stay. Very large and comfortable room with good en suite facilities. Plenty of parking on site for vehicles including caravans and trailers. The Guest House has a very good restaurant and the food is very good, well prepared. The mutton chops and steaks were cooked perfectly. The breakfast included in our rate was good and plentiful. It comprised both continental and hot foods. Unfortunately, some of the restaurant staff need some supervision/training. It does not present a good picture when a waitress is lying with her head on her arms, napping in full view of the guests. Stranger still was when I was asked if I knew how to uncork a bottle of wine using a corkscrew. When I said I did, I was provided a corkscrew, my bottle of wine and asked to open it myself!

Clean and safe but not disabled friendly. We asked for a room with no steps as I am on crutches. Our room had 2 steps getting into the unit, which was close to being the furthest from the dining room. The dining room is up 8 stairs (all different heights). Dinner was cold, with the steak overdone and tough. On mentioning this, we were told, "Sorry, but that is what is on offer." The vegetables were cold. Breakfast eggs were rubbery.

Not what I booked - Room needs attention, specially the bathroom. I booked a room with a double bed, on arrival we got a room with two single beds, the receptionist told me that the website made the error, not them.
