Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R275 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Guests must avoid excessive noise in rooms, including no music after 21:00.
Pets allowed on a leash only, and guests must provide their own pet bedding.
Only guests allocated to a room may occupy it.
Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 21:00, but they can use the resort's restaurants.
Please be advised that guests will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.
Guests can park their vehicle at Ponta do Ouro and a shuttle can be arranged, at an additional fee, to transfer you to the resort.
