The only thing that was 100% was the bed and bedding. Bed and bedding 100%. No bath soap; I had to ask, no iron, toilet paper roll was less than 1/4; I had to ask. No teaspoons for coffee. Only one fork, no spoons. Only one plate but I booked for 2 people. The microwave had electric shocks when you touched it. The hot water issue I understand that maybe it was an unexpected situation. When I arrived, there was no one at the property. I had to wait in the heat for over 20 minutes for someone to come and open for us.
